Yes, I've a transition in my career:
- From Free Food to PG Food (Paying Guest/ Hostel)
- From independent flat, to sharing room
- Availing 'Free Cab facilities' to 'Walking down 2.5 kms to office'
- Sodexo coupons to Street-Foods
- Hardcoded 10 hrs office, to flexible working hours
- I've a movement in my career from the giant noteworthy MNCs, like HCL and Accenture to this dynamic and exponentially growing Start-up Automatad , Inc. I've learnt a lot from my past companies, so I'm always grateful to my employers. But Rose also has thorns! Noone is perfect in this beautiful world!
I'm happy because : Now I don't have to follow the 100th level career hierarchy, where I need decades of experience to level-up my career. Neither I've to fight with the HR to get something done, nor can anyone pull me inside the circle of Policies and Politics.
I'm happy because : Although I'm a dumb, my colleagues are open to help me at any point of time. I don't feel bad if I don't know anything, neither my failed results are presented to the entire team for Quality Huddles and Analysis.
I regret that, I rejected offers from some of the renowned MNCs in AdTech and Programmatic, who are the top in DigitalMarketing and Advertising industry. I know they might blacklist me from joining again. But I'm happy that I won't be working anywhere, where the company is so big that anyone can replace me from my position at any time, hence no one would care to retain me.
I know, noone is Perfect! But believe me, a small team where everyone knows the other, working is FUN!
I won't talk much about the workplace, since I joined 2 days back. But, I can ensure that I won't leave adtech, neither programamtic or rtb, be it dfp dbm or any doubleclick or google product, or any other SSP or DSPs.
Wish me Good Luck!
Thanks!
